Bottle dated 07 08 10.

Poured a clear orange/apricot into a heavy glass mug. Thick 1-2 finger head that settled down nicely. Good swath of lacing on wall, with thin clumpy bit of foam floating on surface.

Aroma is very subtle, earthy, biscuit.

Taste is mellow sweet malt, nicely balanced with a little spicy hop.

Mouthfeel is terrific - could drink large quantities of this no problem.

Nice job overall - fits in very well with the spririt (nice artwork) and drinkability (minimal ingredients) of the style.

Nice burnt orange colored beer. Clear. One inch head melts to a fizzy ring after a minute.

Not much aroma to speak of. Slightly alcoholic. Faint pale malt.

A balance of sweet, roasted malt and bittering hops with an accompanying metallic flavor.

Light to medium bodied beer with a nice, delicate carbonation.
