Pretty well deep black. Fair head, elementary, basic lace. Not spectacular.

Aroma is wonderful. I get chocolate and something else. A little raisin. Yummy.

Taste echoes the chocolate character. To be exact, burnt chocolate. I also sense some dried dark fruit somewhere in the tasting. There's a dry finish, and a definite alcohol presence. No surprise as this one's a sturdy 10.4% ABV.

Potent, complex, and an ideal imperial stout. I really enjoyed this one.
