11.2oz bottle served in wide mouth glass
A- Golden yellow; slightly darker than may pilsners. Ample white head with good retention.
S- Strong aroma for style. A lot of pilsner malt with grassy and earthy notes, and some hop presence.
T- An amplified pilsner with somewhat stronger flavor than average. Clean finish.
M- The mouthfeel is light with a good amount of carbonation.
D- The drinkability is good for a pilsner, but I definitely prefer a good Czech pils.

Pale golden straw color with a frothy looking head that pours an initial 2 fingers high. Smells of lightly spicy and clean grassy hops with soda-cracker-like pils malt undertone. Taste is more balanced that I would have guessed from the nose. The initial bitterness from the hops is almost immediately supported by a soft biscuity malt that smooths the bitter edge into a dry crispness. Has one of those dry but quenching finishes that makes me want to take another drink immediately after the last drink.

Bottle pour at the BevMo Holiday Beerfest held at Golden Road Brewing in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a hazy light yellow with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, fruit, and some grassy and hay aromas. Taste is much the same with a mild bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.

A: The beer is clear light straw yellow in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that died down but left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: There are moderately strong aromas of floral hops in the nose.
T: A moderate amount of hop bitterness is present in the taste, which also has flavors of biscuit and bready malts and floral hops.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a bit of dryness in the finish.
O: I really enjoyed this pilsener because the hops are quite assertive for the style and the light body makes it easy to drink.

Poured into a pilsner glass. The head is sticky but not too thick. Straw color with faint grassy sweet aroma.
The taste is well balanced and consistant from start to finish. Simple malt, slightly creamy with subtle bitter profile. Germam or Chek by far the best pils I've tried and I've had most of them. Would go well with foods not overly salty.
It's as one of the best beers I've ever had-any style. Worth the price.
Proof sometimes less is more.

I don't drink much organic beer but thought this would be good to check out.
Pours a light gold with a huge head into my glass. Literally. Robust presentation.
Sweet, grainy malt with a touch of hops in the nose. A bit skunked but nothing too bad.
Taste reflects the skunking but still manages to retain the flavor characteristics of a middle-of-the-road pils. Sweet, buttery malt is still there for those wondering.
Lingering sweet, grainy malt at the back of the throat. Simple. Tasty.
Not a bad example of the style!

A: Nice three fingered fluffy white head, great retention and lacing, typical pale yellow.
S: Sour apples, straw, but a whole lot going on here.
T: I'm getting a nice, tart Granny Smith Apple flavor, a hint of lime, with a very light bready backbone on the finish.
M: This is definitely easy drinking, but not "lite" or watery, with nice carbonation, and really the whole body is packed with flavor.
O: A very nice Pilsner. I'm kind of a newbie to this genre, but so far this one is one of the best I've sampled.
