Probably one of the best pale ales that i have had. Tastes very fresh. Nice hop and malt aroma. Slight fruitiness. Overall a very good beer.
This is a beer you can session all year round but probably fits best around summertime. I like to drink this beer whenever i am cleaning my backyard or when i get back from a long day of surfing. If you can get this beer you need try and you will be glad you did. Cheers.

A pale ale bordering on amber ale coloring scheme, but that can be a good thing, drops a thin 1/4" head, white. Aroma was some of the best dry hopping Karl Strauss had going for it around their first decade in.
Taste, easily my favorite KS beer at the time. The mixture of citrus and pine from the hops was well placed, good Chinook, Amarillo and Simcoe maybe? Thats my guess. Mouthfeel will get slightly weighted by the caramel and woodnotes that come in from the malt. Ultimately its a nice pale ale, but a little heavy back end wise to be one of those session all day multiple 12oz kind of pale ales.

Mostly clear, golden amber, foamy, white head with moderate lacing. Aroma is malt, bread, herbs, and light citrus. Smooth, mild citrus notes and sweet malt. Crisp, with a dry finish. A decent pale ale overall.

Bottled
Pours a golden clear body with huge foaming white head
Really big citrusy and caramel aroma, one if the most inviting smelling beers I've had
The flavour is like the aroma just very muted
Seem affy thin
Much promise some letdown

Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is somehow faint, some malts and earthy hops. Taste is also pretty simple. Slightly hoppy, slightly malty, not too bitter. Medium body with quite low carbonation. Easy drinking but nothing more.
