Very pale colour, clear, medium thin head which was quick to fade. Aroma was grassy and hade notes of red cabbage, reminded me of beers brewed with Saaz hops. Tasted slightly watery, notes of honey, grass and grain. Finish was bready and sour dough like. Texture was slightly syrupy, soft carbonation, coarse edge which I didn't understand the origins of, given the other aspects of the mouthfull. Easy drinker, but with less character than other Helles from the region. Not offensive and would take it above the Monschhof Pils.

Pours clear yellow with large white head, patchy lacing. Aroma is mostly sweetish malt.
Taste is sweetish malt, mild herbal hops with a small lemony bite. Mouthfeel is light with medium carbonation and the beer goes flat quite soon.
Overall, refreshing beer with no character, does not seem to be worth buying again.

A: straw in color, completely traslucent, no too much carbo, head is 1 finger white and it shows good retention
S: lots of honey, grainy, sweet malts, vanilla, noble hops
T: clean beer, its kind of flat, the malts are low the noble hops are low too, it is refreshing but i was expecting more flavour

Pours the typical filtered golden color with a small white head...decent retention.
Strong notes of grain in the nose with a hint of herbal hops.
Notes of grains, red apples?, some herbal hops and a light bitterness.
Overall, not bad but a bit sweet and syrupy with the apple note dominating the taste.
