A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and poured with a two finger high white head that left nice lacing around the edges of the glass. A very slight amount of carbonation is visible.
S: There are moderate aromas of floral hops and honey in the nose.
T: The overall taste is very well balanced and incorporates the flavors of the honey with those of the malts. There is a very slight amount of bitterness in the finish. The taste of honey becomes stronger as the beer warms up.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
D: There beer is a slow sipper due to the honey in the flavors; there's no way that I could have more than one of these at a time.

Poured into my Erdinger Weizen Glass
A - Pours a classic Golden lager colour with a large bubbled white foamy head, that disspates quite fast.
S - Heaps of grain and some small malt, but quite impressive.
T - Lots of earthy grains with a little honey and nice dry finish that lingers into a slightly sweet taste.
M - Great carbonation and body balance.
B - This is a cracking Euro style lager that will be hard to beat.
