A: Pours redish brown with a large, but quickly sinking light brown head, kind of soapy. Very little lace.
S: Smell is mild. Light roasted sweet malt and some bitter hops. Some dark dried fruits.
T: Very sweet light roasted malt. Only some bitter hops. Some citric notes and some dark dried fruits. Slightly metallic!?
M: Body is medium to full and carbonation is medium. Aftertaste is bone dry, and lasts for quite some time.
D: Overall this is above average. This beer suits the Swedish Easter food just right.

A clear brown brew with hints of orange, a tan head, rather small, no lacing, no curtains.
The smell has some malt notes, bread, hay and a faint orange note.
Upfront sweet, raisins, syrup, brown bread, some citric sourness, and a short metallic bitterness.
Medium carbonation, small intense bubbles, almost foamy, medium body, slightly dry.
A fairly average (and boring) euro dark lager disguised as eastern/Christmas brew.

The colour is medium amber; the beige foam slowly sinks down to a compact off-white lid with a fine lacing.
The smell is hoppy with dry, grassy notes and a bit sour (from the malt) and some sweetness. It is like a standard lager, but much stronger.
The taste is in the same style: Take the average Swedish lager and crank it up a few steps: Sweet malt with sour notes, dry medium-bitter hops with some grassy notes and a hint of roasted malt. The aftertaste is creamy with some nutty notes and sour flavours of slightly soured thick cream. The finish got some notes of herbs and broth.
The carbonation is quite strong; the bubbles are medium sized.
A nice lager for the smoked and salt flavours of the Swedish Easter food.
