Dixie Blackened Voodoo has a tan, creamy head with lots of lacing as it recedes. It is very clear with moderate carbonation. Color is dark reddish-brown. Aroma is what could be described as burnt. Taste is similar to burned toast or extra dark-roast coffee. Overall, this is an excellent black lager.
