Appearance: exceptionally red beer. Head is a bit lacking but color and clarity is awesome.
Aroma: somewhat lacking. No hop aroma which is to style. Slightly estery
Taste: bery nice. Slightly roasty with a nice british hop finish.
Mouthfeel: Slightly overcarbed. Medium bodied.
Drinkability:
smooth drinker. I could have a few of these.

2009 backlog. 12 oz bottle. Aroma of grain, malt, caramel. Pours a deep amber hue with a nice head, good lacing. Flavor is biscuits, caramel, malt, grains. Bitterness in the aftertaste. Creamy mouthfeel, fairly big body. This is one of the better ambers I’ve had, actually. I’m surprised by this one. I wasn’t expecting much.

12oz bottle
Served in a perfect pint glass
A - An average pour got me about 90 percent foam. Once the foam subsided it appeared to be a deep amber color. The frothy head is a beige color.
S - I get some caramel and crystal malt. I also get some floral hops.
T - The taste is exactly what I expected from the aroma. I get sweet malt balanced with floral hops.
M - Medium
O - It's a little sweet.
