On tap poured into a sampling glass at EBF 2012. Called 'Peterman' at the event.

This was a big surprise for the event, just looks like your standard Allagash White (It's cloudy, but so is heaven). Nose is totally different, funky and tart but not overwhelming.

This is a great sessionable sour, it's not over the top, it still has that wit flavor - somewhat wheaty and chewy but still dry and tart on the finish. Mouthfeel is full and creamy like regular Allagash White.
