Notes:
This strong golden ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with suggestions of banana and honey in the complex palate. The Tripel has a remarkably long and smooth finish.

Bright, hazy, maize-gold coloring with a filmy, bright white surface coating of head. Nose of subtle fruit sweetness, mostly tropical, with herbal spicing and subtle toasted grain characteristics. Flavors of spice and fruit on the forward tongue, with pineapple and mango blending with highlights of all-spice, coriander, and nutmeg. Sweetness transitions, with honey and fig characteristics at the end of the palate. Fruity and smooth aftertaste, very balanced. Smooth, slightly lingering finish. Very tasty, and very easy to drink.

Poured into a snifter.
A: Hazy pale to golden yellow with one-finger, foamy, white head that lasted a minute. Pretty good lacing.
S: Banana, cloves, Belgian yeast.
T: Moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Banana, bubble gum. Spice. Bready yeast.
M: Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Crisp. Warm going down.
O: Good Tripel. Not my favorite though.
