Appearance - Given to me in a goblet. Comes out with a nice ruby red hue and less than a finger of white head that dissipates relatively fast.

Smell - A nice barnyard funk at the beginning followed by slight cherry, pear, and floral. As the beer warms an alcohol aroma is more noticeable.

Taste - Similar to the nose, though not as much funk as expected. I suppose I was expecting more sour/tartness such as with a RR AWA, though I do not find it present here.

Mouthfeel - Medium to light bodied, lower carbonation.

Drinkability - I can taste the alcohol, and can feel it warming my throat. I try not to compare it to other beers, but knowing Consecration is a 10% beer aged in wine barrels I can't help bud do so. I'd take a RR over this any day.
