We brew this beer with four malts, four sugars, four hop varieties and we ferment it four times, using four different yeast strains. The complexity of the brewing process is matched by the complexity of this unique beer. Flavors of raisin, candied fruit and plum express themselves throughout.

Caged and corked bomber.
Aroma: A fruit bowl of smells; apricot, plum, white grape, all in a rich brown sugar sauce. Very slight floral hop aroma present as well.
Appearance: Translucent brown glass started with a respectable head of off white froth that quickly disappeared. A very thin collar remained but left no lace. Wonder if my cork was a bit off, but it gave a solid pop after a struggle to get it off.
Flavor: Sweet, a bit too sweet, almost cloying. Taste is strangely neutral. It finishes with a brief flurry of all the fruit tastes, but the main flavor is just a sugary sweet almost wine like flavor. Very little alcohol flavor noted, but a little heat.
Mouthfeel: Thick heavy body with almost no carbonation noted.
Overall Impression: A specialty beer to be sure. Its really too sweet and too light in flavor, which is ironic since its so heavy in body. An odd one to be sure, Im going to have to pair it with some salty or dry food to enjoy the full bomber.
Worth a try, but dont kill yourself seeking it.

The smell has the raisin, Belgian yeast, light sugars and light banana all combined very nicely. The appearance has a small white head that lasts about a minute. The taste is extremely sweet, ranging close to a malt bomb. The palate is heavy and a bit sharp here and there. Medium bodied with a decent sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt as projected. Overall, pretty good Belgian Quad worthy of coming back to.

This interesting quad is fermented 4 times with 4 malts, 4 yeasts, and 4 hops. It pours an opaque orange / amber color with a medium creamy white head with high retention. The smell is very pleasant and has elements of mainly banana bread and spices. The flavor is delicious as well and fairly complex. The flavor consists of banana, yeast, coriander and other typical Belgian spices, raisin, burnt sugar, and a subtle flavor of alcohol as well. The alcohol is not very noticeable considering that this is a potent 10% beer. The finish is extraordinarily refreshing and creamy. The body is on the high end of medium, but lighter than the average quad. This beer is really quite excellent, but it is not entirely true to the style. It is lighter bodied and has a lower alcohol content than most quads, really closer to most triples that I have tried. It is also not quite as complex as I would expect from all those ingredients, but what is there is perfectly done.
