Pale pastel yellow gold in the glass, thin white layer of foam that recedes quickly to a thin ring. Nondescript husky wet grain aroma, hint of apple from the yeast.

Lightly sweet and somewhat malty, notes of apple and corn, flimsy body, somewhat watery. Tastes ok, but the other aspects of the beer leave something to be desired. Not much depth of flavor, although simplicity is a key part of this style. Drinkable but not memorable.
