On tap at AleSmith Brewing Company in San Diego, CA.
Pours a clear dark orange with a foamy khaki head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, brown sugar, and dark fruits. Taste is much the same with a fruity flavor on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer but it's fairly basic and simple.

Big foam up as the bartended poured from the tap. Finally it settled down to most of a pint of sudsy amberish brew.
Light and bready with a hint of yeast. It’s like a Belgian scented bottled water, but a fizzy and frothy mouthfeel you just want to gulp down by the pail full. Hints of earthiness and a surprising nost of strawberries. Faintly bitter finish.
This is kind of a nothing beer, compared to what they do in Utah with 4.0% draft beers. But it’s an outstanding quaff, or, to be precise, sluice.

On tap at the brewery.
A: Pours a clear brown, almost purple tinted, with one finger of beautiful beige head, super fine. Excellent retention.
S: Sweet Belgian yeast, a clean malt character, dry cinnamon bread, fruitcake.
T: Fruity yeast and very bready, a little watery and fruity on the long finish.
M: Medium light body and carbonation.
O: A clean, good, flavorful and easy drinking lighter beer.
