Poured from summer issued bomber to pint glass on x-mas eve.

Pours a deep orange body with a good sized off-white head with some retention and a little lacing. Smells of strong hops, which are grapefruity and sort of piney. There's a good amount of malty caramel backbone. Taste is very complex and just about perfect, imo. Great bitterness along with fruity sweetness from the hops along with a touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is dry and clean. overall it was a great beer, wish I could get it around here.

Pours clear and sunny, with a bright white head dissipating to a foamy cap. Plenty lacing on the one. Big citrus and pine notes, indicative of a great west coast ipa. It's back by plenty pale malt sweetness and bready notes. Medium bitterness, with more of a citrusy finish, sweet malts, pine and resins, all pretty well balanced. Some hints of alcohol. It's full body, slighty rich and oily, creamy with good carbonation still.
