2010 vintage. Poured from a 750ml bottle into a Pipeworks snifter.

A- pours a hazy honey color with a 2" frothy white head. Thick wall lacing that resides quickly.

S- very sweet honey and fruits, lemon, coriander and other spices.

T- sweet honey, lemon and oranges, coriander and spices, and some bitter citrus zest.

M- medium body and carbonation. Fairly effervescent and crisp.

O- very nice beer, more sweet than most Belgian pales but still has some crisp bitterness to it.

750 mL pours a mostly clear, light gold color with an ample white head...somewhat fizzy and does not leave much lace.

Nose is tropical alcohol, fruit cocktail syrup and coriander. Interesting...almost a 'grand cru' type of aroma.

Taste is light and fruity, the yeast does some interesting stuff. Thats a good thing with the neutral malt and modest hops.

Coriander is interesting without the usual accompanying orange peel. ABV is pretty evident and the malt is so light. Yeast, fruit and alcohol driven. It is pretty smooth despite all that though and the grassy hops lend a deft touch of bitterness. Pretty good, gets better as it warms. Id drink this again fo sho.

A-a hazy gold with two fingers worth of white fluffy head

S-pale bready malt, citrus, yeasty, with light spices

T-really nice tasting, pale malt, fruit flavors of peaches and pears, bit of spice, and a light bit of hops at the end. Alcohol is very well hidden.

M-medium body, nice spicy carbonation, sweet finish

Overall this is very easy to drink, I can't believe it's 11%! A really great tasting beer.
