Poured from 750mL bottle into a tulip.

Appearance: nice golden body with a touch of haze and a pretty robust effervescence. Head poured a finger of frothy white foam which dissipates rather quickly leaving very little lace. Decent.

Smell: strong coriander and citrus aroma, rather like an imperial-strength witbier. I rather like it.

Taste: strong malt flavor with a good amount of that coriander present. There is a bit of a harshness to the flavor though, like the alcohol is too strong or the beer just not quite attenuated properly. It's OK, but I don't love it.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a well-integrated carbonation and a wonderful mouthfeel. Easily the best part of this beer.

Overall: aside from the texture, this beer is a miss in my book; my least favorite by a brewery whose beers I normally love.

A-a hazy gold with two fingers worth of white fluffy head

S-pale bready malt, citrus, yeasty, with light spices

T-really nice tasting, pale malt, fruit flavors of peaches and pears, bit of spice, and a light bit of hops at the end. Alcohol is very well hidden.

M-medium body, nice spicy carbonation, sweet finish

Overall this is very easy to drink, I can't believe it's 11%! A really great tasting beer.

Served from bottle into chalice style glass

Appearance: Golden with 1 finger creamy white quickly dissipating head.
Smell: nice hoppy aroma
Taste: Can taste spices on front, buttery malt thoughout, very smooth and balances, hides 10% alcohol very well, very good beer.
