One of a kind blend of Stoudt's Pale Ale and a Raspberry Tripel. Brewed by Jodi Stoudt for Devils Den.

Served in a 10.5oz elongated chalice for $4. ABV unknown.

A: Persistent foamy sudsy head, bone white. Incredible retention. The body is a murky orange. Lacing is excellent. Thick and foamy.

S: Raspberry purée first with a buttery diacetyl note that creeps in on the backend. Mild hop presence.

T: Flavor is as advertised by the nose. Well incorporated raspberry...though I wouldn't want it to be any stronger. Again, the diacetyl is mucking things up a bit.

M: Smooth, creamy and light. I'm assuming the ratio of the blend favors the pale ale over the tripel even though the nose brings in raspberry above all else. Carbonation is subtle as it should be.

O: Certainly worth a try if you've never had it before but I've probably paid for my last glass.
