Pale yellow in color. Clear in appearance. Fluffy, tight white head. Balanced between sour and tart. Lemon, minerals and stone fruit. Creamy feel. Light bodied. Nice.

The scent is yogurt and tropical fruit. The body is as light as it appears in the glass. Just barely blonde. The tropical fruits balance out the lactic flavor. Tartness is reserved and a very pleasant beer especially in warm weather.

Thanks to Kyle.
Light creamy heady, light lacing, murky pear pale color.
Nose tart citrus, lychee like, tart young peach, little bready doughy, hint of salt coriander like, clementine.
Taste very tart, sour lemony with more citrus, tart orange and lychee again, young tart peach apricot stone fruit, creamy wheat base, little rind coriander and salt notes, tart citrus finish, juicy lychee lingering. Dry flemmy sticky.
Mouth is med to lighter bod, decent carb, flemmy tart.

A - Poured into a hill farmstead tulip a hazy reddistlh hue with a thin white head that fades to leave thin wisps.
S - Aromas of lactose, acid, tart lychee, nice blood orange. Creamy wheat.
T - Taste similar to the nose, tart, great lychee notes, tart citrus and good creamy wheat. Nice bright oily citrus peel. Really nice tart finish, like powdered sweet tarts.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated bright, clean.
O - Overall this beer was really tasty, great fruit notes. Very well done.
Serving type: growler
