Appearance: Nice orange glow but so malty you can't see your fingers on the other side

Head: Nice whit e head that sticks around

Smell: Big sweet malty coriander on the nose

Taste: Big mass of coriander hits the palate hard with a biscuit back note and some kind of fruit note floating around on there

Weight: Heavy to medium body with medium to low carbonation

Finish: Sweet grains with hints of coriander

Pours a cloudy straw color with a finger of head that dissipated relatively quickly. The nose possesses the definite essence of Belgian yeast. The flavor is sour but generally flat and uninspiring. I am not terribly impressed with this offering from a respectable local brewery.
