12oz bottle served in a snifter.

L - hazed golden color with a white head that stayed a thin layer fueled by lots of carbonation bubbles rising.

S - banana, clove, baseball card bubblegum.

T - all the things in the aroma as well as some citrus tartness on the finish.

F - medium bodied with crisp carbonation, easy to drink.

O - nice example of the style.

Pours a cloudy straw color with a finger of head that dissipated relatively quickly. The nose possesses the definite essence of Belgian yeast. The flavor is sour but generally flat and uninspiring. I am not terribly impressed with this offering from a respectable local brewery.
