Pale hazed yellow with a medium head of loose froth. Head falls a bit too quickly, leaving modest lace.

Aroma is characteristic wheat and citrus with spice and yeast. There's an appealing tartness to it.

Flavor equally good. Classic Witte flavors accented by a lemony sharp tartness that I just love in this style.

Body medium, slick and very quaffable. Worth seeking for the Witte afficianado.

A: I've poured this into both a tulip and a shaker pint. In both cases it resulted in a thin head that dissipated rather quickly with little to no lacing. It was a pale hazy gold color, meeting my expectations for a Belgian Wit.

S: A nice clean aroma with light hop and malt.

T: I had almost two different taste sensations. My second taste of this beer on a hot day really changed my perception of this beer. The first late night tasting after having some other beers was rather meh but it was just perfect the second time outside on the deck on a hot day.

M: really quite nice with a medium mouthfeel. Went quite well with a turkey sandwich with artichoke spread.

O: Definitely a repeat summer purchase.

From a 12 oz bottle poured into an over-sized wine glass.

Nice American Wit, enjoyed on a beautiful Spring day. Nice citrus notes, good light honey color. Slight, one-finger head that fizzles out quickly while leaving nice lacing. Murky, which I like a lot, and is a mark of a well-brewed wit. Smells of citrus, banana. Overall very nice American Wit, comparable to some Belgium or Dutch varieties that I've had.

Good starting head that leaves some spotty lace. The liquid has some haziness. Straw to gold color.

The smell is a bit sweet with a touch of the wheat. There's a bit of sweeter spice like grains of paradise and lavender.

More sweet than sour, but it's a good blend of the two. I detect blueberry and strawberry notes. I'd say this has a bit of a "Kool Aid" taste. Very little wheat flavor. Refreshing. No hop. The body is a bit richer than one would expect. The carbonation is also elevated.
