Appearance: Pours a cloudy pale golden color with a smooth white head, about one fingers worth, which fades to a slight ring around the glass. Some tight lacing. A pretty decent looking beer.
Smell: Big wheat and yeasty smells typical of most Hefes with some clove and spice. Theres some slight ripe banana and red apple notes hanging around as well.
Taste: You get a very slight hop bitterness at the front of the tongue which gives way to a smooth yeasty banana and clove taste. Leaves a nice wheat, spice, and banana after taste. A great tasting Hefeweizen.
Mouthfeel: On the fence between light and medium bodied. Very soft and smooth on the tongue. Drinkability is off the charts. As refreshing as any Hefe out there. Great after a long day.
Overall: This is one of the better Hefeweizens that I've had. Has everything you'd expect for the style. It doesn't do anything extreme it just does everything very well. It's no Dancing Man but it's damn good.

Pours golden yellow, slightly foggy with hints of lemon on the nose.
Rich taste; smooth drinking. Sweet with hints of anise, allspise, and clove. Very tasty and smooth drinking. Has a less chewy mouth feel than other weissbiers. Would be good as a session beer. Good with a bit of lemon and served with fish.

From the 330 ml. bottle. Marking: 11 Feb 2014 08A52. Sampled on June 8, 2013.
The color is a cloudy pale yellow with a tremendous, foamy head that lingers quite some time. I had a floater or two in mine.
The aroma is vibrant with wheat and citrus elements. Yeast and sweetness balance it out as well.
The body is creamy and very much in the medium range.
The flavor is mellow and wheat-filled with a slight orange-citrus bite finishing everything off at the end. This is a Weissbier that many other strive to imitate. Easy to drink and highly enjoyable.

A rich milk shake of a head sits on top of a cloudy yellow beer.
Aroma is big and malty. Smells between a wheat beer and a pils. I get some clove too but over all the aroma is weak.
Taste is smooth and tart, refreshing too as like most wheats. Pretty malty with hints of banana and clove from yeasty esters.
Slides over the palate with creamy ease.
A very good beer in my opinion.
