Presentation: 17 oz euro brown bottle with no freshness date.

Appearance: Cloudy pale yellow straw with a well held lace from the champagne like bubbles.

Smell: Hints of lemon and clove with a mild fruit in the backround.

Taste: Crisp carbonation with a bite in the dry body that has a slight oily feeling from the solvent(clove) byproducts of the yeast. A slight tartness surrounds the tastebuds upfront with a sourdough like bready flavour in the finish. Hop character is minimal as it should be. Slight spicy clove, mellow yeast, lemon grass and light apple fruity flavours touch the tounge.

Notes: Punchy with a flavourful kick, pushing the envelope on refreshingly crisp and dry. Great after a meal to help to digest ... or to wash down some bratwurst and spicy mustard.

Appears a cream yellow, cloudy, moderate head and some lacing. Smells of lemon and citrus and some banana estery notes. Mouth-feel is thinner than some weisse, with citrus, yeasty and wheaty notes, and some hinting hop bitterness, that never materializes. Not as meaty as some wheat beers. Tastes fade faster, but the effervescence of this beer makes it hit the spot. One of my favorite of the style and a beer I often drink, and would never pass up. 4.65 The Dyson came yesterday. We made money on books.

Pours a big fizzy head that quickly disappates. Hazy golden color. Taste is clean and crisp, slight papery taste, some banana and clove but not too strong. This beer has a nice dry sharp mouthfeel and finish, almost sparkling wine like. Overall a wonderful beer for the summer, good taste and very refreshing.
