Poured 500ml bottle into my Ayinger weizen glass.

A: A hazy straw color. Medium heavy carbonation pours into a gigantic, frothy, white craterous head. Head settles at a snail's pace, leaving little peaks and valleys as it does. Fine carbonation continues to rise throughout. Head never really fully dissipates. The body remains hazy. No real lacing to speak of.

S: Wheat, yeast, and slight lemon. A hint of spice also, clove or basil.

T: Tastes like it smells. The yeast comes out stronger than the wheat. Light lemony flavor, and you can definitely taste the spice. A touch of hoppiness as well.

M: A little twangy. Light with a soft, citrusy, refreshing quality. The subtly dull but sour twang lingers throughout.

D: Good sipping beer. Subtle flavor and feel.

Good atmosphere. Really nice appearance, good collection of attributes in the nose. Flavor has subtle complexity, and pretty good balance. The Feel is a bit unusual with a dull, sour, twangy aftertaste. Good drinkability though. Overall, really good quaff.

Appears a cream yellow, cloudy, moderate head and some lacing. Smells of lemon and citrus and some banana estery notes. Mouth-feel is thinner than some weisse, with citrus, yeasty and wheaty notes, and some hinting hop bitterness, that never materializes. Not as meaty as some wheat beers. Tastes fade faster, but the effervescence of this beer makes it hit the spot. One of my favorite of the style and a beer I often drink, and would never pass up. 4.65 The Dyson came yesterday. We made money on books.

Pours a big fizzy head that quickly disappates. Hazy golden color. Taste is clean and crisp, slight papery taste, some banana and clove but not too strong. This beer has a nice dry sharp mouthfeel and finish, almost sparkling wine like. Overall a wonderful beer for the summer, good taste and very refreshing.
