A - It's medium gold and fairly transparent. The minimal carbonation barely coats the top of the brew and disappears quickly. This makes lacing pretty much non-existent. Really not much more can be said about the way the Grand Cru looks. Average at best.

S - Starts out funky but that goes away pretty quick. Getting some fruity notes of apple and vinous grape. Lots of hay and wood in the middle. Might be some caramel malt and yeast on the very tail end of the aroma. Gives it hint of sweetness. Quite appealing.

T - Fruit is more prevalent in the flavor. Green apple with tons of grape coming and going. It's acidic / vinegary midway which doesn't detract from the overall enjoyment. Malty sweetness takes a backseat in the flavor. Also something seems a little out of place. It's really tough to put my finger on it but the best I can do is - banana?

M - Lighter side of medium bodied with minimal carbonation. Finish is excessively dry.

O - What to say about the Bruocsella? Is it good? Without a doubt. Highly recommended. Is it good for Cantillon? Well compared to other brews from Cantillon, this one isn't quite as good as I'd hoped it would be. You could almost say it misses the mark but that seems to be a bit harsh. It's still better than alot of brews that are out on the market today.
