Sample at the brewpub. Pours a light amber color with a thin off-white head that does not last long. Top ring of lacing with spots underneath. The aroma is similar to Fruity Pebbles, with a bit of wheat. Light-bodied with a sweet berry flavor and touches of wheat and mild hops. The finish is short and fruity, without much aftertaste. Pretty forgettable overall.

This was the last of the NET beers I have not reveiwed, even though I saw where an IPA was out for a little bit. Another wheat beer that does not impress me in the least. Off color golden with whiffs of raspberry. Too acidic and not balanced. Have had much better from the brewery but it worth a try. They should go with something different here, but with a sub 6% law still in WV, the choices are a bit limited.

Appearance: Slightly hazed golden tone with a thin white head leaves some specks of lacing. Aroma: A very funky mix of berries and wheat and the berry aroma seems artificial at that. Taste: A bit cloying with syrup like fruit flavor and rough wheat funk coating the palate. In all honesty this beer was poorly made. Mouthfeel: Was a bit over carbonated on this one with a lighter body carrying the syrup tones of the flavoring that was added to the boil. Drinkability: This is what gives those fruit wheat beers a bad name in my opinion.
