Our IPA is timeless - brewed for those who give a damn about a well-crafted beer. As one of our original beers, its quality and consistency helped grow the popularity of IPAs from the ground up. The citrus and pine hop profile balanced by a subtle caramel sweetness are standard for a classic American IPA.

Finally had one of these in early 2025 after buying it some weeks earlier --- at Thanksgiving visiting NY, when the Buffalo Bills (promoted on the can) were still very optimistic about their season. It's got nice hop bitterness. It's been in my fridge since

Old skool WCIPA trifecta:
Pine
Pith
Resin
Pours beckoning golden copper with tremendous frothy white head. That eventually settles down to a quarter inch of thinner fizzy cap.
Aroma is faint. Some caramel malts with hints of pine and pith.
Taste amplifies what was presented in aroma. Overall classic composition- the aforementioned trifecta, with the grapefruit pith pushed to the forefront. Some nice hop bitterness on the end.
Everthing balanced and somewhat subdued. 7% ABV, but drinks like 6.
Classic composition continues to mouthfeel, with carbonation dialed in to style.
Nothing revolutionary here, but a solid, well-crafted, highly crushable, everyday IPA.
Timeless, indeed.

Very good taste, not heavy just smooth. Could be hoppier, but no aftertaste.

(review from January 2025) Solid, well balanced WC ipa with good mouthfeel; nice hoppy/bitter bite for only 60ibus; a piney/malty flavor and a clean, slightly resiny, lingering aftertaste. Very quaffable.

Amber/orange color; medium-sized, off-white head. Aroma of pine, caramel malt, and grapefruit. Balanced malty, juicy taste with pleasant hoppy bitterness.

The beer is orange, with a large off-white head. The aroma is both sweet and hoppy. It's excessively sweet on the palate. IPAs shoud have drier malt bases than this.

Purchased as a tallboy at a convenience store in Buffalo, NY. Enjoyed at the Sleep Inn near the Buffalo airport on a cold winter night.

This one was a delight. Very hoppy but balanced. Lots of aromatics, some sprucy notes, a little bit of the smell of copper (hard to explain, but I often pick up the smell of pennies when smelling better IPA's). Slight citrus notes, but much more pine and citrus. Not overly bitter but just enough.

Giant head that lingers, the color is not too far off from a new penny.

This one is good and is worth seeking out.

On tap at location in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Straight up decent IPA. No frills and chills here. Just a clear look, clean taste, and solid. Piney resin. High end of abv for ipa. Has body.
