Appearance - The beer pours a slightly hazy pale straw yellow colour with a large soapy and frothy white head. There is an average amount of carbonation showing, and there is some spider web lacing. The head stuck around for several minutes before it was gone.

Smell - hops, citrus zest, pine, malts

Taste & Mouth - There isn't whole lot of carbonation, but it leaves the beer feeling nice and velvety. The most noticeable flavour is hops of course. But there is also lots of caramel sweet flavour and and citrus/pine notes. I'm not sure I can detect much more hops than the regular IPA version of this beer. It finishes with a very sweet and fairly bitter aftertaste.

Drink - A very nice drinkable IPA. Like I said before, I'm not sure I notice much of a difference from the regular IPA version, but it is a solid beer nonetheless. I couldn't notice the increased alcohol at all.
