Bought in the 22 oz bottle with the expectation that this would be a sweet, dessert type of beer.
Pour - black with a very thin head (I used a SA perfect pint since I don't have a snifter). Probably a touch colder than recommended. The head dissipated fast, leaving a nice ring around the glass. Some nice deep red tints if you catch the light right.
Aroma - the alcohol wasn't hiding here at all, but weakened as it warms up. Dark-sweet chocolate otherwise, not too much else.
Taste - the alcohol still isn't being shy, even warmed up to temp. BIG chocolate up front, very sweet and very bitter but not unpleasantly so. Maybe a little vanilla, definitely a little smokiness in the after taste. Some layering of the flavors here, but dominated by chocolate.
Mouthfeel - seems it has a nice carbonation level and a little bit of a tingle. Not as thick and syrupy as expected (based on the smell, I thought this would be thick like chocolate syrup). Pretty clean overall. Nice warming feeling I assume from the high ABV.
I enjoyed this beer quite a bit, but it would only be a once in a while thing for me. Reserve it for a sweet treat type of occasion.

22oz bottle split with my wife.
A: Pours in a solid stream of black ooze. Thin ring of mocha head. Nice legs.
N: Chocolate syrup. Big surprise there, really. Vanilla extract and tons more of the milk chocolate. There are hints of malt and then again..syrup.
T: Bitter chocolate mixed with the syrup. Surprisingly bitter and has an unpleasant chalky taste. Has some smoke and leather elements. Can’t tell if I like it.
M: Pleasantly carbonated with a decently thick body. Alcohol is well hidden.
O: A strange concoction that’s not as sweet as you’d expect and not as complex as you might want. Not great. Oh well.

750ml bottle served in a tulip glass.
A: Pours a brown to black color forming a medium bubbled tan head with low retention and lots of spotty lacings left in the glass
S: Strong smell of dark chocolate. Impressive. Vanilla, roasted malts, cofffe, earthy yeasts and some wood notes
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Again, very strong notes of dark chocolate. Roasted malts, vanilla, coffee, wood, brown bread, wood, earthy yeasts. End in mainly made of a mild roasted bitterness. A bit milky too
M: Creamy and heavy body. Low carbonation. Dark chocolate aftertaste
O: Excellent drinkability. Very smooth beer. A masterpiece
