Notes:
This clean light straw colored ale is much like a lager. It is fermented colder than most of our ales, though not as cold as a true lager. We also use German noble hop varieties to accentuate the lager-like qualities of this great summer beer.

Brought to me cold and clear, no haze.
A medium head with a very appealing smooth texture that cleared quickly. Smell is mild and clean of alcohol. Taste is light yet flavorful of mild fruit. Not my fav from here, but all around a very good light craft beer.

On tap at the brewpub in August 2009. Reviewed from notes.
Pours a light, clear straw color with plenty of visible carbonation. The nose brings forward a very light hoppy character as well as some grain. The taste is mostly just raw grain with some really mild fruit. The feel is prickly and light. No off flavors, but just didn't really bring much of any flavor at all.

Off the tap this beer was a golden, dry-straw color. By the time my pint was delivered to me the head had already fizzed out, leaving only an off-white skim that failed to leave lacing. The aroma was slightly stale, light and mildly floral. The flavors were very dry yet fresh, a pleasant mix of very floral hops built on a grainy backbone. Hints of yeast appeared as it warmed and the overall effect was classic and Spring-like. Refreshing and apropos to the style. The mouthfeel was semi-creamy, the carbonation fizzy and the body medium.
