An American style of the super premium English pale ale originally developed to survive the long trip to India. This beer is hopped in the kettle and dry hopped for a sweet floral finish.

Poured into a 20oz chilled glass from a growler I picked up arrpox. 24hrs ago. Light head with good retention at the start, but slowly dissapates. Color is a pretty mild brown with no haze. Smell is light and fruity. Taste is very mellow , not overly hoppy. Nice mesh of flavors for a smooth drinkable beer. Carbonation adds the perfect bite from start to finish.

Flowery and sweet. As the beer warms up the alcohol becomes more present. Aroma is strong apricots and dark flowers. Initially not too bitter or hoppy tasting, but it may have been served a little cold. It definitely improved with a little time. Feel is great -- very smooth and never watery at all. Head lasts to the last sip. I really enjoyed this and is my drink of choice at Second Street Brewery. If you're there, get this and the beer-steamed mussels!

This came to me with a rocky, medium-tan head which was exploding with CO2 bubbles. The color was a very hazy, deep orangish-amber. The nose had a great citrus-y smell that I was told was driven by dry-hopping with Cascade hops. The mouthfeel was medium with a really pleasant citrus burst of hops on the tongue. The finish was lingeringly of hops, hops, hops.
