I'm afraid that most of these reviews (including what I'm about to post) are attributed to the wrong brewery. The picture shown and the several references in here to Polish beers match the one I had. Meanwhile the Czech Zubr on the brewery's website looks quite different. So, I hope this gets figured out.
NOW. For what it's worth, my 650 ml bottle poured quite clear, a shade darker than the familiar pilsner straw, effervescent but not foamy. A bit of flower and field in the nose, grassy, plus yeast smells, a little toast, a bit of orange pith. Sweet up front in the mouth, surprisingly, caramel malt flavor, buttered toast, orange marmalade (but not THAT sweet). A flick of hops that seems less bitter, maybe a bit of citrus zest, just rounding things off. A bit sticky feeling in the mouth, substantial, but more-ish. Pleasantly beating mundane expectations.

Took down a bottle with my Christmas Eve dinner.
A - Pours a clear golden colour, thumb of head with some retention and sporadic lacing.
S - Grainy malts, sweet corn, hints of grassy hops and some skunk.
T - Much like the nose with the grassy hop notes coming through alongside the sweet corn and a lingering bready malt finish. A hint of apple juice sweetness also comes through.
M - Medium bodied, smooth and wet.
O - Nothing fancy here, standard flavour profile and fitting for the style. I wouldn't turn one down if offered, but I wouldn't buy it.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body under a finger-thick white head. Fruityness, grains and malty sweetness on the nose. Yellow apples and some pears. A hint of cooked vegetables. The flavor is on the fruity side, with some bitterness showing up towards the very end. A decent one, but not very interesting in any way

500 mL bottle from the LCBO; best before March 2012. At 5.6%, calling this a strong lager seems like a bit of a stretch, I've had regular EPLs with higher abv... maybe they just mean stronger flavour? Guess there's only one way to find out.
Pours a clear, brilliant golden colour, perhaps a bit darker than your average pils, topped with about a finger of soapy white head that is mostly gone within a minute or two. No lacing. The smell is also pretty unextraordinary... maybe a bit maltier than other Polish lagers I've had, but other than that it's the usual wet hay/sweetish barley malt notes.
The taste is mostly barley malt, light and cracker-y, with some honeyed sweetness. A bit of raisin bran. Definitely more malt character than the majority of Polish beers I have tried; perhaps calling it 'strong' is more appropriate than I initially believed. Not much hop presence, but there's a bit of bitterness in the finish that at least attempts to balance out the (far more prominent) malts. Medium-thin bodied, leaning toward thin, but there's enough stickiness on the tongue to prevent me from using 'watery' as a descriptor. Good carbonation; enough to keep it crisp, but not so much as to imply that they were trying to hide something.
This is a weird one, but I generally like it. Not at all boozy like other offerings from this genre, which is certainly admirable but not all that surprising given the relatively low abv. Zubr Bison offers nothing new or exciting, but I still find it enjoyable so I feel I must give it some sort of props. I'll probably get this again some time.

A: Pours clear golden body with three fingers of white head. Not much lacing.
S: Hint notes of malts and some grains.
T: Oddly tasting grains with some slight malt base.
M: Light bodied with medium-low carbonation, sweet and off aftertaste.
D: Meh, wouldn't go for this if I had the choice.

500ml Bottle
Appearance - Clear gold/yellow colour with a large size fizzy and frothy white coloured head. There is a below average amount of carbonation showing and there is a fair amount of lacing. The head lasted for around 5 minutes before it was gone.
Smell - Grains, malts, grass, corn
Taste & Mouth - The beer has an above average amount of carbonation. I can taste grains mixed with malts and some cooked corn. There is also a bit of a fruit sweetness.. lemons and perhaps apples or pears. It finishes with a grainy aftertaste with a touch of sweetness.
Overall – Another average euro beer.. It would benefit from some more hop bitterness to balance out the taste a little bit. I wouldn't buy this beer again.

This half litre brown bottle claims 6.00% ABV, obtained in London while visiting my son.
Poured into a 'paderborner Goldpilsner' vase and a smaller Budweiser Budvar tasting glass.
Looked as good as any lager/pilsner when poured: good golden hue, large white head, clear and clean body.
Sweeter than most Eastern Block pilsners, in both smell and taste, almost pleasant! Certainly better than a few I've tasted over the years. I expected bog stanard Euro Fizz, but this a whole lot better than that, in all aspects.

I received this beer for Christmas... my expectations were exceedingly low, so I was actually quite impressed with it!
A traditional European lager: grainy, sweet and never been anywhere close to a hop (either wet or dry), but easy to drink and with more flavour than a typical macro "pils". Recognize Zubr is Polish, but it brings back memories of German lagers and I'd certainly drink another one in a pinch!

My can shows this beer at 6% ABV.
A: Poured from a can into a Hoegaarden pint glass in low altitude Galway, Ireland. Pours a standard clear yellow with a mildly thick head that retains fairly well (four fingers to three fingers in under a minute, then a slow decline over five minutes).
Sm: Very light smell of malted barley.
T: Unbalanced; the beer's flavour lies in its latter half. After the flat open, there are two primary notes: a crisp barley and a refreshing hint-of-pine. Built strangely and awkwardly for this style.
Mf: Too smooth, too wet. Gets better in the finish but not enough to save it.
Dr: Wouldn't have it again even at this price range.

Poured in a chilled pint glass...
Appearance - beer pours with a large amount of foamy head that disappears quickly. good lacing present. carbonation is normal, however, with some larger than normal carbonation bubbles present.
Smell - nice smelling beer, one thing i notice when poured. Sweet smell of malts present, enjoy the smell.
Taste - a hint of sweetness is present in the taste. goes down real smooth and no aftertaste. definitely a light beer, but a good tasting beer.
Mouthfeel - carbonation remains the same, little bit more of the alcohol is tasted in the mouthfeel.
Drinkability - i enjoyed this beer, will 100% commit to buying it again. Overall it is a nice drinking beer, i guess i may have a preference to beer in bottles, find them to be cleaner tasting.
