Big selection. Lots of imports and a fair number of domestics available in singles. Vast majority of beers are not refrigerated. Prices seem pretty good. Store seems a bit run down and is poorly lit (good for the beer though). Staff I had interaction with was not knowledgable about the beer. Well worth the stop if you're in Dayton due to the selection and singles availabilty.

Davia and I made a run out here, and we are glad we did. Bought a few sixpacks and singles, but man check out the dates on them (they do have a markdown section, so you know to really check those). Big selection of Bells, 3 Floyds, Goose Island, and Great Lakes. I mention those breweries in particular, as they are not distributed in Massachusetts. Tons of other breweries, plus a whole shelf of German and Belgium beer. We bought 6 packs of a Bells 2 hearted and 3 Floyds Alpha King, plus some bombers. After we figure out how to pack the beer we have purchased, we will probably go back to round out our carry-ons. Servise was helpful when I had a question.

Probably the largest selection and variety of beers in the Dayton area. Is not a huge store but they do make up for that with their selections. The staff lacks the knowledge to be of much help, not to be discouraged though. Most beers are on the shelf, there are coolers with a little stock in it. The pleasant suprise though was seeing that they also carried some home brewing supplies. Mainly some different strains of yeast and bottling equipment, but unfortunately, that is more than most any other places carry in Dayton. A definite must for the variety alone.

Damn good selection. I was in town for a wedding and decided to stop in here to pick up some regional micros I can't get down south, and I am glad I did. The selection was very good, honestly far better than I expected from Dayton Ohio. They had all of the major micros I would expect in the area (stone, alesmith, victory, ect.) and they had quite a few different beers from each brewery. The range of imports was very good too.
It is a relatively small store so things are a bit crowded and most of what they have is not refrigerated, but both of those are things you have to expect from independent stores with good selections so I am not complaining. I was so happy with what I found that I didn't bother to talk to anyone, so I can't comment on service.
My only complaints are that they did not have much in the way of 3 floyds (but I don't know if much is available there from that brewery) and one other, more unfortunate, problem. I was very happy to see several 4 packs of Au Courant from Dogfish Head. I hadn't seen this beer in years and didn't think they were making it again so I was excited to see it and bought some. As it turned out Dogfish hasn't made that brew in over 3 years and the ones I got were extremely bad. It is, of course, my fault for not checking the date on the bottles, but I can't help but wonder why they would have that much of such an old beer on the shelf.

I really like going to this place. Especially since it is so close to where I live. I am only about 3 minutes away. Anyway... the only complaint I could have is that it is a little bit of a tight fit. Very good bottle selection, staff seems fairly knowledgeable depending on who you ask anyway. Would be best to hit this place on a non pay day because on pay days this place seems to be packed and you will spend a good chunk of time in line and with the lack of room to move this can be somewhat annoying.

Jeff Squires Jsquires brought us over to this small city. It seems like a hole-in-the-wall but is as big as a Walgreens. The beer is organized fairly well by alphebetic order and country. Most are available in singles, and they were good about breaking new 6-paks for us. Of course, $300 and over 100 bottles later was an amazing sale for them, however the older kind lady took a half an hour to ring everything up-that was very inefficient. Also not all the prices, particularly on bombers, were attractive. I did like that most beers were available on the shelf rather than cold.Good selection of Left Hand and Lagunitas compared to other places. Belgium and German also above average.

Easy to miss this place if you aren't paying attention. Inside appears old, kind of musty like it has been around for a long, long time. The staff is helpful, but not always expert. So what! This place has a great selection from Stone, Rogue, Bell's, Great Lakes, etc. One isle has Belgian, German and English beers, another has craft beer from the U.S. You can get a lot of singles here, which is a plus. Most of the beer is on the shelf, but they do also have a cooler which has quite a few great beers, as well as bombers. They also have a good selection of homebrew supplies and equiptment. This is a must stop in the Dayton area!

I stop by once or twice a week. Whether you are looking for 6 packs of something crafty or foreign... or you are exploring new beers, this is the place. They have a huge selection. And it looks like they offer everything in 6-pack form or as a single. Buying singles isn't the most economical way to go, regardless of where you are shopping, but it is a must if you are exploring new beers or types of beers.
If they don't have it... ask them, and chances are they can get it.
My only complaint is that the coolers all vent into the general room, so it tends to get a bit warm in there. I would almost prefer all the beers be non-refrigerated and keep the room temp in the low 70's than refrigerate some at the cost of warming up all the others. It's a shame the place doesn't have a basement.
Ultimately... if you are in the Dayton area, you only have a few choices for craft beers. And Belmont Party Supply is king of the hill.

Wow. You will miss this place if you aren't looking for it. However, the selection is second to none. I've seen warehouse liquor stores with less beer. I went late at night (10pm), and the staff was not very knowledgable. However, I had to return to the store the next day because of a bad charge that I noticed on my reciept, and the daytime staff was awesome. It turns out there was an entire shelf of 750s that I hadn't seen the night before. Oh well, another $75 in the cellar, lol. One of the workers saw my haul and figured I was from out of state. He asked where I was from and we had a nice, brief conversation. My only critique of the selection is their glassware. It is a pretty small selection, and many of them are badly scratched. Still, the sheer amount of beer warrants a 5.
The temperature the store is a concern. I'm not sure of the turnover, but there is a ton of beer on warm shelves, and I actually broke a sweat in the store on my first visit. Maybe it was the load of beer in my basket, but I swear it was at least 80F in parts of the store.
I appreciate that anything in the store can be bought as a single. I got lots of new beer on my road trip thanks to the single selection.

On our way to Jackie O's Alex had us stop by this highly rated place to see if it lived up to the hype. Driving through the area and pulling up the place I thought we were in for a huge disappointment. A drab and dreary town, the store looks like a local liquor store. As we make our way in and find the beer we find about 6 rows of beers. The selection is really good with great quality. Most foreign staples but super light on Cantillon and other lambics. The local selections is great, even had Weyerbacher Reserva. They easily had about 200 beers and the highlight is the tons of singles pulled from six packs. The service was non-existentant as they were really busy. Annoyingly, they had a delivery and they had a back door buzzer going for about 10 minutes and it was really annoying.
You aren't going to find anything super rare here but if you are in the area its worth the stop if you want to tick a bunch of local singles.
