Notes:
Mill St Belgian style Wit is a refreshing beer made with a unique blend of ingredients. The soft texture and pale colour comes from the use of wheat. Coriander, orange peel and our special yeast produce the complexity and depth of fruity flavours contained within the glass. This beer is unfiltered. The resulting cloudiness gave rise to the term Wit, or White beer.

Courtesy of Liamt07, cheers!
A - Pours a cloudy yellow with a good inch of white head.
S - Citrus and spice. Easily detect the wheat malt.
T - Clove and citrus, particularly lemon, bit of pineapple maybe. A little sour.
M - Tart and sour. Still smooth and nice amount of carbonation.
D - Good drinkability, maybe a little low for the style. Usually I find wits a bit more drinkable.

From 03/11/13 notes. Sara brought this back 2 days ago from her Canada work trip, so we drank it with some Thai food. 341ml bottle poured into my Portsmouth 20th Anniversary pilsner glass.
a - Pours a clear bright yellow color with two plus fingers of fluffy off white head and high carbonation evident.
s - Smells of oranges, spice, coriander, yeast, floral hops, and some light fruity malts. Nice but a tiny bit heavy on spice and not super strong. Still nice though.
t - Tastes or oranges, lemon, citrus hops, spice, coriander, yeast, bready malts, floral hops, earthy notes, fruity malts. More citrus and a nice step up from the nose; a lot more flavor.
m - Medium body that is very smooth, and low to moderate carbonation. Great mouthfeel and very easy to drink.
o - Overall a really nice witbier. Had never heard of Mill Street so wasn't expecting a ton from it, and was plesantly surprised. Nice citrus in the taste and super easy to drink, would have it again.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass (no orange).
very cloudy beer with a good head that doesn't stay around too long and leaves little lacing.
Spicy, citrus, orange smell with a faint bit of wheat.
light body, medium carbonation, very smooth with a bit harsher finish from the carbonation. taste of banana and pepper, very nice flavour.
very drinkable, great flavours and smell and is a true wheat beer.

Thanks Jay for this beer!
Served in a large tapered mug, intelligible code printed on the bottle, no apparent date.
Murky orange with 3cm of head (metric, get it?) . Not a bad band. Thin skim and very little lacing after the first few sips. Liquid is opaque with frosty edges.
Aroma is mostly coriander, sweet and lightly spicy. Basic wheat with a touch of sweet citrus too.
Flavor is mellow, wheat and coriander dominate, some minerally club soda touches. Slight bite to it, had two bottles, fairly drinkable.
