Pours a light/medium amber color, with a half inch head that leaves lacing throughout drinking.
Smell is very strong on and refreshing right after pouring but seems to settle after a few minutes out. At first smells of mildly strong hops and later you can smell something citrusy .
Taste is good especially halfway during the glass the beer shows its citrus flavors and hops not bad at all.
Mouthfeel is good.
Conclusion this beer is a good session beer for experienced craft beer drinkers. For noobs there may be to much flavor.

Pours a slightly cloudy gold - juuuust this side of amber. Lacing up nicely.
Not a whole lot of malt going on here for as dark as it is. Mostly, there's astringent hop bitterness up front that give way to a sort of grapefruit sourness.
Probably just fine on a hot day; not terribly interesting to me.

Average looking, kinda tan and mostly clear with rising bubbles and not a lot of head or lace.
Aroma is typically blonde ale, a little sweet corn and some straw/grassy notes with a light maltiness. Flavor follows suit. Body is light and quite easy to drink, refreshing and just a little slick on the back end.
Overall it's enjoyable, perhaps not my personal favorite from Pike, but still tasty.

Had this at Uncle Uli's in Leavenworth. Crystal clear straw color with a nice white head. Floral and sweet notes in the aroma. Very smooth and malty flavor. Very drinkable. Light malty sweetness with mild bitterness and a dry finish. I'm not a huge blonde ale fan but I think this one represents this style well, and is another good beer from this brewery.

A - Hazy golden orange, finger of head dissipated to thin cover, consistent lacing
S - Grassy and peppery, light fruit, and a touch of grain
T - mellow citrus and pepper hops, quickly followed by crisp grassiness and biscuit and grain malt
M - fairly light with crisp and mild spiciness
O - Very much a classic pilsner flavour and feel, close enough to a blonde ale and worth a purchase either way
