I must add to this that I tried this beer on 8-21-2023 and the can said it was canned on 03/16/23. A 5 month old IPA sold to be at Aurellias in EL Paso, I don't know what their recommended shelf life is for IPAs, but I would think 5 months is pushing it for good IPAs to taste their best.

On draft at the Beaverton location

Clear light yellow golden, white head. Nice well rounded hop aroma - tropical and citrus fruits, dank grass, floral. Similar flavor, minimal malt flavor, clean bitterness. Thinner bodied.

12oz can served in something in between a wineglass and a teku. Ordered online from the brewery and delivered to my house in Washington this morning. Canned on 07/06/21.

Pours a clear brassy golden with a big head that collapses into a high clumpy ring and a low clumpy layer. Smell is muted -- lemon, lemon zest, and light grainy/biscuit aroma.

Taste leans toward bitter and lemony. Moderate grainy sweetness.

Mouthfeel is light, clean, and refreshing. Overall, very good beer.

Look: Crystal clear medium orange with a billowing white head that slowly settles to a pillow and leaves good lacing behind
Aroma: Lemon-lime, tangerine, strawberries, pine, blueberries, Cannabis, grapefruit, rose flowers, and sweet bready malt
Taste: Citrus, conifers, berries, and Cannabis combine forces and lead the palate onslaught upon first sip. In there somewhere are moments of floral notes but definitely subdued compared to the other components. Malt is present but mainly as the backbone and finishes with a nice hop bite
Mouthfeel: Full, a little slick, medium-high carbonation, and a good strong bite and fairly dry on the finish
Overall: This is outstanding. Outside of on tap, I don’t think I’ve had a two-week old can (which this is) or fresher in years and it definitely makes a difference in how awesome this is. This is huge on aroma and flavor and though it also does when older, the intensity level is high with one this fresh and hits all the right IPA buttons for me. Looks great in the glass and spot on for feel, including the strong hop bite and dryness. A delicious WCIPA and in my opinion, one of the best in the state. Highly recommended

Poured from 16oz can into my BeerAdvocate teku. Canned 10/28/20.

Appearance: light golden hue with a light, shimmery haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop. Looks like a classic west coast IPA!

Smell: hops have a piney, dank, earthy quality to them -- the west coast IPA element is not just the look, evidently! There's a little bit of sweet, slightly toasty malt underneath, and overall it's very balanced.

Taste: hops are a bit more floral in character than in the aroma; there's even quite a bit of lemongrass to the flavor for me. Mixed with the slightly toasty malt, this reminds me more of a soapy (but not in a bad way!) American pale ale. Not a bad beer, but also not a lot of IPA character.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent level of carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: i could see myself ordering one of these from time to time, but it is not a go-to IPA for me.

Aggressive pour into a nonic pint glass. Even so, quickly fading head, light lacing. Aroma is hoppy and earthy, not piney or fruity, which is different. Good balance on the malt and bittering hops for a fresh hop ale. Light mouthfeel, refreshing and not overdone. We're enjoying this beer on a warm Sept. evening. Recommended.

From a 16oz. can purchased at the beer store, as usual.

Fruity aroma. Medium light body and not entirely clear. Citrus flavors with a mild sweetness and a touch of pine. It's fruity but also not so much somehow, just a hint at becoming tropical but then fading away. Bitter at the end, but not overly so. This one is enjoyable and inoffensive. Not a revelation, but well done nonetheless.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color with some hues of amber and a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of mangos, herbal hops and gooseberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of mangos and passionfruit with underlying hints of caramel malts and a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a light amount of crispness.
O: The smell and taste of this beer have rather complex aromas and flavors of citrusy, tropical fruit, and herbal hops.
