The ale pours out a cloudy yellow with a massive rocky head and plenty of lacing to go around. Retention is good as it stick around the glass for the life of the ale.
The aroma is sweet with a mix of citrus fruit with pine like hints in the background. Soft biscuit malt brings some balance.
The taste is basically a mix of a wit beer and an American IPA. The hops are on the citrus side with a mild dry pine aftertaste that linger for a little.
Medium bodied and little slick on the tongue. Easy to drink.
I really think hybrid styles are just getting out of hand sometimes. I wish breweries would work harder on creating authentic styles that are time tested. It is hard to find a brewery these days that is not trying to be over the top. Good Wit/IPA but just a trend.

Appearance: Cloudy; pale orangish brown; medium frothy head; really good lacing
Aroma: Malty; slightly hoppy; slight grapefruit, grass and caramel
Taste: Hoppy bite right up front; malty mouthfeel, but dominated by hops and grapefruit skin flavor; finishes slightly dry with lingering hops
Remarks: Did not score A, T, S, M at that time; disregard those scores

Appearance: Light golden. Very yeasty with great lacing.
Smell: Lemon and grass. Very faint. Not my favorite, but it is ok.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Sour lemon with a creamy mouthfeel. Decent flavors, but a bit thin. Doesn't really scream "IPA" to me. A bit too bitter in the finish and thin as well.
Overall: Not my favorite, but it's an ok IPA.

I saw Hillary Clinton walking out of the party store with a six pack of Whitewater IPA. Must remind her of the good ol’ days.
Appearance: hazy dirty orange body with a two finger white head that leaves some lacing on the glass.
Aroma: bold coriander, citrus, touch of pine, sweet wheat, yeast,
Flavors: the nose is nice and the flavor is even better; bread and wheat on the front, then the citrus meat and pine hit the mid along with mild fruit and mild coriander; grassy along with sweet/tart pine on the back; orange peel and a prickly pine linger on the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: mild fizzy feel, wool like texture,
To the Point: If Noble Pils is too mild for you then try Whitewater; if I want to drink a few beers sitting around the campfire I’m doing Noble Pils and if I want to drink one or two flavorful beers I’m going with Whitewater. And, if Bill and Hillary ever invite me over for a little chat – I’m bringing Whitewater.
