A beautiful amber in color with a big foamy head that leaves chunks of lacing and reduces to a thick head, not vanishing.

Big pine-like hop aroma.

It's bitter with powerful flavors of metallic and piney hops. But there is a bit of malt sweetness to swing the scales back a bit. Good stuff.

Good, solid body. Not watery.

This is a very "American" IPA, with the hops that almost taste like walking through a forest in the Pacific Northwest. This was the last of the Deconstructed variety pack for me, and it's another winner. Seek this pack out; it's one of the best things of this year.

Last in the series. Looks good. Smells nice. Pretty good flavor profile. Something about it made me immediately thing "Simcoe", as in a reminiscent kind of thing. Lots of oil with the hops. A hit of tangy and very mildly earthy tones hits and stays constant. I can dig this one. Nice to drink. Not my favorite of the series though.
