Appearance: A light yellow color with small head and very slight amount of lacing.
Smell: Slighty piney smell.
Taste: bitter and malty not very sweet.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with a very dry finish.

A: Aggressive pour yields 2/3 finger of off-white head with good retention. Crystal clear bronze-amber liquid. Pretty though a tad browner than other IPAs.
S: Sweet peach/apricot, caramel, slight apple ester, slight pine hop. Pleasant but not remarkable.
T: A sweet biscuit malt front is followed by increasing bitterness that holds strong and steady. Hops show up as piney and well proportioned. Subtle yet strong. Nice Noble IPA.
M: Full, modestly bitter, warm but restrained.
O: Very nice. I'd order another and might buy this one before I'd buy regular Latitude 48.

I've had this bottle chilled in storage for some months, so let's see how it turns out.
A: Pours a beautiful deep copper, with nice carbonation (still bubbling while drinking). The head disappointed--it poured out white, one finger tall, but quickly dissipated. Minimal lacing. 2.5/5
S: Opens with a burst of spicy, floral hops, with a wet sweetness. 2.5/5
T: The first flavors mirrored the scents: hoppy, floral, very bitter citrus, pine, grapefruit, but that melts into a mellowed citrus that's chewy and sweet. A sweeter, maltier finish, with solid yet integrated bitterness. 3.5/5
M: A very light but chewy feel, which was perhaps the beer's strongest and best feature. Had a very crisp opening and a full finish, and yet it drank very well. I thought the carbonation would be too much, but despite the continued glass carbonation it was perfect. 3.5/5
O: Perhaps my favorite of Sam's Deconstructed series. Great flavors, nice body, and it was very drinkable. 3/5

I seem to recall reading that Sam Adams used a lot of Hallertau in their beer? Is that right? Well, anyways. On to this beer.
This beer seems a bit tame to me. Oily and smooth, but lacking a real distinct flavor profile. The hops don't really come through with much punch, though they do work enough to make this one drinkable. This is decent, but really not worthy of sticking around on the scene.
