On tap at Mavis Winkles in Twinsburg. Served in a pint glass for about $5.

The beer looks OK, but is missing the trademark billowing head of a true saison/farmhouse ale. It also could be cloudier - I can see through the golden colored liquid with its many active bubbles.

The smell is quite nice. There are notes of pale belgian malt, pepper and fruit - namely apricot. The taste follows quite nicely, with a crackery malt spiced with pepper, apricot and belgian sugar. The dry finish is very abrupt, but no booze is noticed.

The beer has a medium to light body. The finish is very dry and the mouthfeel is a touch too effervescent. Take away some crispness and dryness and we'd have a better score. Overall, this beer was refreshing and was one of the better Sam offerings I've had recently.

Not my favorite style, might be good after working in the yard all day in the heat. Don't really know what to say, Sam Adams does alot of these styles of beers spicy (fruity)

Fruity, cloudy ... may be good to pair with fish, I don't know just trying to hit my 250 caracter limit mark to get through this one.
