A&S - Pours a pale straw yellow with two fingers of the whitest foamy head, some bubbles surfacing, smells of honey, fruit, and light malt but for the most part, nothing gets past the Belgian Yeast.

T&M - Tastes dry and crisp with some sweet and bitter characteristics, lots of spiced apricot flavor with citrus, kinda tastes like a watered down tripel.

O - Very light and refreshing just like intended.

First off I would like to say I overlook Farmhouse/Saison a lot, so I don't have much experience to fully compare this beer to others in its style, however I will say its an overall refreshing brew and gets the job done just the way farm workers would enjoy. One flaw I did noticed was the strong yeast overpowered the light malt and made the beer dry. I would not recommend drinking this in 100 degree weather while mowing the lawn, but instead enjoy it with a few appetizers at a summer get together. I feel its sort of a clear Summer Ale, so with all the coriander and citrus notes I would imagine a cloudy, wheat beer, I.E. I prefer the Summer Ale over this. Even though its not my favorite I like seeing it in the summer variety pack. Also try the East-West Kolsch, that was pretty tasty as well. Stay thirsty my friends.

Not my favorite style, might be good after working in the yard all day in the heat. Don't really know what to say, Sam Adams does alot of these styles of beers spicy (fruity)

Fruity, cloudy ... may be good to pair with fish, I don't know just trying to hit my 250 caracter limit mark to get through this one.
