Finally transfered from my notes:

Split between a friend and I at midnight on New Years Eve poured into champagne glasses.

A - Pours a clear amber with a nice head and thick froathy lacing.

S - Smells like champagne with a little fruitiness and a lasting smell of alcohol

T - Surprisingly sweet but not cloying (I thought this was suppose to be wicked dry)...oh wait a minute it finishes very dry. We are a bit out of our element.

M - Similar to champagne, very bubbly, but feels full bodied

D - It is very drinkable at midnight on New Years Eve but I wouldn't grab another bottle.

O - Very interesting, I think the consensus is we like it. Might have to try some Deus to compare.
