I had this at Sam Adams Octoberfest.

Poured from the tap into a dimpled much.

The color is a clear orange/amber with a slight foamy head and no lacing.

The smell is hoppy, with a slight toffee flavor and a pepper spice flavor.

The taste is again hoppy with some nice english hop bitterness at first. There is some nice smooth malty flavor that establishes itself with a nice pop of sweetness. An interesting peppery flavor in the back as it goes down and it leaves a nice hoppy bitterness that stays with you then goes away.

The feel of this beer is a nice light body that goes down clean. It is pretty drinkable and goes down smooth.
