Pours a copper color, has a big, foamy head. Medium level of carbonation, is medium-bodied, smooth. For an IPA I was actually expecting more bitterness, but the hops are still noticeable, with citrus notes. Slightly sweet finish,

Highly drinkable, enjoyable IPA, not very complex but still good.

Has a moderate sized off-white head with a clear amber color. Head has very nice retention. Leaves moderate/heavy lacing. Has a bready, caramel malt smell. Not much hops in the aroma.

Tastes of caramel malts, rye bread, roasty, and toffee, with a bit of hops. More bitter than you would expect with the minimal hop presence. Has an average mouthfeel with moderate carbonation for an IPA.

Drank from the bottle; it's the first time I've had this beer as my taste for ipas are growing by the year. Appearance is a medium to full carbonation with a head of about an inch that settles to an 1/4 inch. The smell is a nice balance of hops to yeast. As a former baker I adore the smell of yeast! The mouthfeel is a subtle balance of slight carbonation hops and sweetness. Overall a really good beer that I would drink again and recommend to others
