Pours a copper in color with a large and billowing head. Lace retention is good.
Smell is typical IPA, but not very citrusy as one would presume from knowing the hop varietals.
Taste is mild but still bitter, something I somewhat find appealing.
Mouthfeel is crisp as hell! This is something I seriously look for in any pale ale, IPA or the sort.

A good beer all around, great mouthfeel and refreshing attributes.

Has a moderate sized off-white head with a clear amber color. Head has very nice retention. Leaves moderate/heavy lacing. Has a bready, caramel malt smell. Not much hops in the aroma.

Tastes of caramel malts, rye bread, roasty, and toffee, with a bit of hops. More bitter than you would expect with the minimal hop presence. Has an average mouthfeel with moderate carbonation for an IPA.

Drank from the bottle; it's the first time I've had this beer as my taste for ipas are growing by the year. Appearance is a medium to full carbonation with a head of about an inch that settles to an 1/4 inch. The smell is a nice balance of hops to yeast. As a former baker I adore the smell of yeast! The mouthfeel is a subtle balance of slight carbonation hops and sweetness. Overall a really good beer that I would drink again and recommend to others
