Pours a crystal clear amber color with a large white head. The head has good retention throughout the beer and laces all the way down.
Smell is not as strong as most IPAs. Not a lot, but a clean pine hop smell with faint hops.
Taste is much better than the smell. Strong pine hop taste, but a malt taste balances this beer more than most IPAs.
Mouthfeel has a nice thickness to it, while also creating a refreshing bit.
Drinkability is great for an IPA. Because of the balance, this is not one of those hop bombs that destroys your palate. One could enjoy the hop tastes, but drink a six pack or more. Definitely a great beer to bring to a buddy's house.

A-pours a golden copper color with white sudsy head with pretty nice retention
S-lots of pine and resin, some subtle malt in the background
T-more pine with some citrus notes in the finish, the malt provides a nice balance but does not lend much to the flavor
M-medium bodied
O-really nice and well balanced IPA. It isn't out of this world but definitely nails the style.
