Poured from bottle into pint glass
Appearance – Pours a medium golden color with a thin pure white head of very fine bubbles. The head gives way over time to a very persistent layer of white foam on the top of the brew.
Smell – Citrus aromas mixed with a bready base are the most noticeable. There is an ever so light floral and pine aroma as well that mixes with the bread and citrus.
Taste – A drier bready taste is the first to meet the tongue. This is quickly meet with some nice citrus hop flavors of lemon and grapefruit, bittering the crispness a bit. In the middle of the taste a lighter piney taste comes onto the scene only to leave again. While the pine leaves there is a light earthy and grassy flavor the mix with the bread and the citrus producing a nice drier hoppiness on the tongue at the end.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is a bit on the lighter side with the carbonation being a little bit on the higher side. The body and carbonation are good for the brew as they create a crisp refreshing flavorful brew.
Overall – I purchased this as a part of the Sam Adams summer sampler pack, which is the perfect place for it. It’s a flavorful easy drinking beer which is great for a nice summer day outside .

"Best by 4/4/24"; drank 11/18/23 @ the Yarchives.
See-through pale yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big eggshell-colored head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lacing remained.
Fresh corn, mild caramel & faint skunky notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Sweet corn, mild caramel & faint skunky flavors.
Drinkable but I don't care for that light skunkiness.

Pours hazy golden-straw color with a good fizzy white head that doesn't last long, not much lacing, light grassy and flowery aromas. Bready and grainy mild sweetness turns hoppy and bitter with some dryness in the finish. Light bodied with a soft but crisp carbonated mouthfeel, very clean and crisp, very nice.
