Light hazy/cloudy golden color with a substantial foamy head that settles down to just a skim fairly quickly but continues to produce some decent lace all the way down.
The aroma is mild lemony wheat.
The taste is also lemon, mild biscuity wheat, and a hint of honey, light and refreshing.
Light bodied, smooth and very drinkable, This would make a good summer brew but decent anytime.
